Firstly I ordered 3 portions of the poppadoms and only received 1 portion ???? personally I'd like to be refunded for that. The delivery was much later than the up to hour delivery time...the food arrived cold and lacked flavour. Not for me Jay's Kitchen...
This is the second time I have ordered from you. The first experience I could not fault,the chicken Korma was delicious creamy the chicken juicy and every mouthful was a pleasure also too the Chicken tikka masala and very coconuty. It was so good even the sauce was not wasted. This time however the food was very disappointing, the sauces on both dishes was runny, the tikka sauce tasted burnt, it was not creamy or coconuty and the colour even was completely different. All the sauces on both that and the korma were wasted, the chicken was also dry and stringy. After my 1st experience I was recommending you whole heartedly. Now however my opinion has changed and that is no longer the case. The food has gone from the best I have ever tasted to among the worst.
Best Indian take-away in the Frome area. Good menu choices and always consistently good.
