Delicious food and quick delivery, perfect!
After using you for the last few years sadly we had a very poor experience with you yesterday. We knew a Friday would be busy so submitted our order online early, at 17:10, requesting a delivery for 18:30. When nothing had appeared by 19:00 we started trying to get through to you on the phone and finally did at about 19:10. We spent a while waiting while the staff looked into our order. Finally they seemed to realize there was an issue and just said they’d make it now with not much of an apology at all. It finally arrived at 20:00 but sadly was cold. We didn’t want to waste any more of our time on the phone to you so reheated it ourselves. Your website says if you are busy you will keep customers updated- this did not happen and you didn’t seem bothered about our poor experience. The food was lovely once reheated but sadly we’d be hesitant to use you again soon. We hope this feedback helps improve your service.
Fantastic dishes , rice and curry dishes not full of grease (Ghee) unlike other restaurants take away dishes Meals for four and well agreed it feels fresh clean and delicious very very tasty !! we will be back . Thank you
